Scene-free drag service.\n\nExtracted from DragManager (6.0.0-AC Phase 2). All 24 node-API calls (set_process_input, set_physics_process, is_inside_tree, is_physics_processing, is_processing_input, Engine.get_physics_frames, get_instance_id, etc.) are removed: the host drives input/physics ticks via tick_input() and tick_physics().\n\nHosted by GridPlacementHost; the old DragManager Node class is a thin wrapper that forwards to this service.
